Waterproofing in Owatonna, MN
Challenge
Ryan H. in Owatonna, MN contacted American Waterworks after a home inspector recommended that he install a waterproofing system in his home. He did some research online and learned that American Waterworks has been the leading waterproofing contractor in the region for 30 years! We sent our Design Specialist, Eric Hazelton, to meet with him, evaluate the situation, and propose a custom designed solution for his home.
Solution
Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his production crew began the project by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement to create a trench for our WaterGuard drainage system. Next, they installed a new pump and a sump pit cover to the existing sump pump. They completed the project with installing our Foamax Insulated Panels on the walls for a bright, clean look and extra energy savings. Lastly, the crew replaced the concrete and cleaned up their work area. Ryan was pleased with the results and glad he made the investment to protect his home!
