Foundation Wall Repair in Hanley Falls, MN

Challenge

Homeowners in Hanley Falls, MN had several cracks in their foundation walls, causing them to worry about the life and stability of their home. After enough uneasiness, they found American Waterworks in the phone book and scheduled their FREE Estimate with our Customer Care Department. Our Design Specialist, Jeremy Girgen, went to their home to inspect their foundation walls and come up with a solution. After a thorough inspection, the homeowners were comfortable with the proposal, so they set up an installation date. 

Solution

Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production team began the installation by digging seven holes outside of the home and installing a long, medal rod in each hole from the soil to the inside of the foundation wall. At the ends of each rod, Juan and his crew screwed on and tightened our GeoLock Wall Anchor, which is made to straighten walls back into their normal position. To complete the installation, Juan and his team backfilled the holes and replaced the soil. The homeowners were grateful we were able to help them in their time of need and had a great experience from start to finish!
