Leaking Basement Repaired in Onamia, MN
Challenge
Katie C. of Onamia, MN had water leaking from her pre-existing sump pump causing severe water damage to her basement. She was nervous about the life and value of her home. Katie did some research on HomeAdvisor and came across American Waterworks. After seeing we do FREE Estimates, she called our office line to schedule her own. Our Design Specialist, Jeremy Radtke, went to her home to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. After an in-depth examination, Katie was comfortable with Jeremy's design, so she went ahead with the project.
Solution
Our Foreman, Dan Hendrix, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete around Katie’s pre-existing sump pump and replacing it with our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, the best sump pump in the waterproofing industry. It provides three layers of protection and keeps basements clean and dry, especially during harsh weather conditions or when snow melts.
