Leaking Basement Repaired in Mora, MN

Challenge

A damp or wet basement causes more than just a headache. These issues create bigger problems such as mold, humidity, mildew, rotting, deterioration, and health problems.

Homeowners in Mora, MN had water leaking throughout their basement, causing them to worry about mold, water moisture, and other water problems. After learning more about our basement waterproofing products, they got in contact with our office staff and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist. Our Design Specialist went to their home, inspected their problems, and came up with a solution. The homeowners got all of their questions answered and were comfortable with the warranties, so they went ahead and followed through with the project.

Solution

Our Foreman and his crew started the installation by breaking out the concrete perimeter of the basement floor, forming a trench. In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard System. Our WaterGuard is one of the most common waterproofing repair products, it serves as an underground drain that leads outside, and it collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent humidity and mold build-up and it covers large boulders or dirt sections of basement walls. To complete the installation, our Foreman and his team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. The homeowners were thrilled with the work and were grateful we were able to restore their peace of mind!
