Solution
Our Foreman and his crew member began the process by introducing themselves to the homeowner and answering any last-minute questions they had about their concrete. The homeowner had no questions, so our crew started the installation by performing the PolyLevel process. To begin, our team drilled small 5/8" holes throughout the concrete. Next, our Foreman and his crew member installed the injection ports over the holes and injected 21 pounds of our PolyLevel beneath the concrete to fill the voids and raise the slab. Next, our crew began the NexusPro process by applying 114 feet of it over the concrete cracks. Our NexusPro is made to prevent moisture from seeping into the soil underneath the concrete, prevent any cracking or bubbling, and it gives the concrete a neat and clean appearance.
After four hours, the installation was complete and our Foreman made sure the customer had all of their questions answered and that they were happy with the project. They were satisfied with the outcome and had a good experience with our entire team from appointment to installation!
