A homeowner in Arco, MN was experiencing a similar issue related to their wall bowing inward. They were nervous about the strength and stability of their foundation, so they did some research online for contractors that service their area. Solution

Our Foreman and his production team started the installation by introducing themselves to the homeowner and ensuring all of their questions were answered. After a thorough introduction, our team began the project of installing our anchors. To begin the project, our team dug two small, deep holes outside the foundation. Next, our crew inserted a long, metal rod from the interior foundation to each hole outside. At the end of the rod in the soil, our crew tightened and screwed on an anchor plate, which provides the pressure needed to pull that foundation wall back. Then, our Foreman and his crew installed our wall anchors against the interior foundation wall and tightened them with a torque wrench. This allowed the wall to straighten and stabilize the basement wall while providing the best opportunity to straighten the walls without the cost and disturbance of foundation settlement. To complete the project, our team backfilled each hole, compacted the soil, and ensured the yard looked much neater than when they found it!
