Interior and Exterior Foundation Repair in Lamberton, MN

Jennifer E. of Lamberton, MN had cracked and deteriorating interior and exterior foundation. She was nervous about the value of her home and was worried about its structural integrity. She got in contact with our office staff at American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE estimate. Our Design Specialist, Shane Nephew, went to Jennifer's home, carefully inspected her foundation problems, diagnosed the issues, and proposed our PowerBraces and ShotLock for the interior and just our ShotLock for the exterior. Jennifer was confident in the solutions, their warranties, and their features, so she signed Shane's job summary and proposal, put down a deposit, and got a date scheduled for the installation.

Solution

Our Foreman, Matt, and his production team started the process by introducing themselves to Jennifer and ensuring all of her questions were answered. After a thorough introduction, our crew got to work. To start the interior foundation, Matt and his crew installed six of our PowerBraces, which are made to stabilize foundation walls and repair cracks. Next, our team installed our ShotLock, which is a spray-on solution that is ten times stronger than concrete and rebuilds deteriorating walls. Lastly, Matt and his crew applied our ShotLock to the exterior foundation wall, rebuilding the entire deterioration. Jennifer was very happy with the job and had a wonderful experience from appointment to installation.
