Cracked or uneven concrete occurs when part or all of the concrete slab breaks and sinks into the soil beneath that was dried out or washed away. Cracks like these can allow moisture to seep underneath, which can make soil wash away completely.

Residents in Waite Park, MN had a similar problem on their driveway. They wanted to avoid replacement and get it repaired instead. They came across our website online and liked what they saw after looking through our systems and products. They requested a FREE estimate with our office staff. Our design specialist went to the home, inspected the resident's concrete, and proposed the solution of our PolyLevel and NexusPro, both of which are two of the main concrete systems we install. The residents were confident in both products and their functions, so they signed the proposal and got a date set for the project.

Solution

Our Foreman and his crew member began the project by introducing themselves to the homeowner, observing the concrete, and ensuring all of the homeowner's questions were answered. After a complete introduction, our crew got to work and injected our PolyLevel underneath the slab. Our PolyLevel is a polyutherane foam that fills the voids underneath the slab that are caused by soil erosion and raises the surface so it is all level. This is done by drilling small holes throughout our slab, installing injection ports over the holes, and lastly, injecting our PolyLevel. Once that portion of the project was completed, our crew applied our NexusPro over the cracks to prevent moisture from seeping underneath and to give the concrete a neat, polished appearance. Once the project was complete, our Foreman provided the homeowner with a thorough walkthrough of the project and ensured the homeowner's expectations were met!
