Lakeside Basement Gets Transformed in Crosby, MN
Challenge
Tom, a homeowner in Crosby, MN was beginning to notice large amounts of water entering his basement. He feared that if he left the issue unresolved, he would run the risk of mold, mildew, and rot forming in the space. Because of the location of the home, he wanted to make sure he corrected the problem before it worsened. He did some research, found our company, and decided to give us a call. We set him up with our FREE estimate and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Kole, headed out to the property.
Solution
Once he completed his walkthrough, he recommended that Tom have our WaterGuard drainage system and TripleSafe Sump Pump installed to correct the issue. He explained to Tom that the WaterGuard is installed below the floor to catch any water entering the space, and then deposits it to the TripleSafe, keeping the space dry because of the capacity the TripleSump is able to withstand. Tom agreed with Kole's recommendations and work began shortly after.
Our Foreman, Kevin, ended up installing 128 ft of our WaterGuard, and 1 of our TripleSafe sump pumps. Once the job was completed, Tom was happy to know his basement water issues were in the past.
