Bowing Wall Gets Stabilized in Halstad, MN

Challenge

Jeremy from Halstad, MN noticed his basement wall was beginning to bow inward, a clear sign of the beginning stages of wall failure. Jeremy was afraid that if he left the issue unresolved, he would run the risk of severely compromising the structural integrity of the home. After doing some research, he came across our company. When he called in, we set him up with our FREE estimate and a few weeks later, our Design Specialist,  Richie, headed out to the property. Once his inspection was complete he was ready to make some suggestions. 

Solution

Richie wanted to use our PowerBrace wall repair system to fix the wall. He explained that The PowerBrac is a patented foundation wall repair system that's designed to stabilize failing basement walls and provide the potential to straighten walls over time. He went on to say that the steel I-beams will stabilize the wall in its current position without any further adjustment and that, over time, the PowerBrace System can be tightened to make bowing or tilting walls straighter and more vertical. Jeremy agreed with his recommendations.

Our Foreman, Tremaine, installed 6 of our PowerBraces throughout the basement. Once completed, Jeremy was happy to know he no longer had to worry about his foundation!
