Unhealthy Basement Gets Transformed in Cleveland, ND
Challenge
After a storm, a homeowner in Cleveland, ND, discovered their sump pump was not keeping up with the heavy water intrusion. Shaken up by this discovery, the homeowners anxiously searched for a solution. After learning about American Waterworks FREE estimate, the homeowners decided to set up an appointment. American Waterworks sent out Design Specialist to inspect the issue, elaborate on the problem, and suggest the next steps forward. After reviewing the plan, the homeowners agreed and began the project.
Solution
Our Design Specialist suggested that the TripleSafe Sump Pump be installed in addition to the CleanSafe and IceGuard. The crew began by digging a feed line from the outside of the home for the sump pump. Then, the crew replaced the existing sump pump with the TripleSafe. Next, the crew installed the CleanSpace barrier over the unfinished wall close to the pump and the storage room. In addition to the CleanSpace, the IceGuard was placed along the walls outside the home to avoid clogged or frozen sump pump lines. The basement was left complete with a brand-new sump pump and additional accessories. The homeowners were happy with the job completed and we are happy to solve their issues.
