Walls Stabilized in Ross, ND

Challenge

A homeowner in Ross, ND, found damp spots along their basement walls. Eager to solve this issues, the homeowner looked for a company to provide a solution. Once the appointment was set, we sent out Design Specialist, Ian, to perform a full inspection of the foundation. Once he completed the inspection, Ian met with the homeowners with his recommendations. The homeowners concurred and the project preparations began.

Solution

The crew was sent to the property to begin the job. Upon arrival the crew began by preparing the job site. First, the crew installed eight Geo-Lock anchors and PowerBraces on the east basement wall. After they were installed, the crew attached 15 strips of Carbon Armor on the other basement walls to provide further support. Following the foundation stabilization, the crew applied Sprayfoam on the joists above all the basement walls. Next, the crew positioned CleanSpace on all the basement walls to protection from water intrusion. The crew completed the installation and left the basement just as they arrived.
