Floor Stability Concerns in Norwood Young America, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Norwood Young American, MN, was in their basement when they discovered sections of their foundation were crumbling. Unsure of what steps to take next, the homeowner decided to get a professional opinion. The homeowner looked through many companies until they decided to sign up for American Waterworks' FREE estimate. Solution

Our Foreman, Matt, and his crew arrived at the home and began clearing the area for installation. Once the job site was ready to go, the crew installed eight SmartJacks to support the struggling floors. The SmartJack system provides solid support for sagging and undersized beams, restoring stability and straightness to sagging floor joists in a home. Additionally, the crew installed a supplemental beam in between two of the SmartJacks. After the supplemental beam was installed, the crew completed their floor stabilization.
