A homeowner in Mound, MN, saw all the damage on their foundation walls and knew it was time to have them repaired. Following his inspection, Nick determined that the home was in urgent need of stabilization.

Solution

After informing the homeowners of the risk they run, Nick provided a suggested game plan that would solve all their issues. Our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew arrived at the home and began by installing three GeoLocks, our heavy-duty galvanized earth anchors that permanently stabilize your basement walls, on the northwest foundation wall. Next, the crew inserted the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution, underneath the affected concrete. After the PolyLevel was properly installed, the crew could shift their focus to filling the many cracks and joints with the NexusPro Sealant, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and can stand up to harsh weather.
