Basement WaterGuard System Installed in West Union, IA

Challenge

A homeowner in West Union, IA was frustrated with the state of his basement. Some of the walls were leaking water, causing both damage to the wall and the floor area. He wanted to make a change that would last so he wouldn't have to deal with incoming water in his home again. He decided to search "basement waterproofing customers in my area" and the American Waterworks page showed up. The homeowner clicked into the page to learn more and was immediately interested in our FREE estimate services. After signing up for an estimate for his own basement, he was later greeted by Design Specialist Ryan Manske.

Solution

Ryan assured the homeowner that something could be done to repair the space and make it water free again. The homeowner was happy to hear this and agreed to move forward with the installation plan. Once plans were approved, they were sent over to one of our Foremen, Gabriel Ramos, and his crew. When the crew arrived at the site, they began by installing the WaterGuard basement drainage system, which is designed to catch water coming in and safely send it away to the pump. The crew also installed a new TripleSafe Sump Pump to keep the basement dry with triple the protection of a normal pump. When everything was finished, the homeowner was impressed with the crew's hard work and the clean results of the basement.
