Concrete Before and After in Bismarck, ND

Challenge

A homeowner in Bismarck, ND, saw that their driveway was beginning to lower from the garage. Knowing this could be a larger issue, the homeowner searched for an expert's opinion. Unsure of who to work with, the homeowner looked on several referral sites to find the best company for them. During their search, American Waterworks outshined the others, so they signed up for their FREE estimate. Soon after their FREE estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, James, to investigate the driveway.

Solution

After James arrived, he began his detailed inspection of the driveway. Once he wrapped up the inspection, James could diagnose the issue. James determined that the driveway was sinking due to soil settlement. To stop the driveway from settling further, James suggested lifting the driveway without PolyLevel solutions. Next, the plans were directed to our office for approval, and then to our Foreman, Charlie. Once Charlie received the proposal, he traveled to the home and started the project. Charlie and his crew lifted the driveway back to its original position. Once it was properly lifted into place, Charlie and his crew cleaned their materials and left as good as new.
