A homeowner in Eden Prairie, MN, knew their basement was at risk when the walls were damp. Knowing they needed professional assistance, the homeowner began looking into several companies. Once their estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of our Design Specialists, Kevin. Kevin arrived at the home and started his detailed inspection of the home. After Kevin finished investigating the basement, he was able to provide the homeowner with a custom solution for their home.

Solution

Kevin proposed installing several waterproofing products to ensure this issue does not occur again. After hearing Kevin's plan, the homeowner knew this was the best choice for them and agreed with their plan. Once the homeowners approved, they sent the plans to our office to build the job. The office finalized the project and it was assigned to our Foreman, Chris, and his crew. Chris and his crew traveled to the home to start the project. After they arrived, Chris and his crew installed the WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement. WaterGuard is a perimeter drain system that is engineered to fix basement water issues without clogging. Next, the crew took out the old sump pump and replaced it with the SuperSump+. Once the WaterGuard was tied to the SuperSump+, the crew shifted their focus to attaching CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. CleanSpace is a quick and economical way to encapsulate basement walls. Once all the products were installed in the basement, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
