Sunken Walkway Gets Lifted in Elroy, WI

Challenge

A homeowner from Elroy, WI, noticed that the decorative concrete surrounding his front door was beginning to show signs of sinking, creating trip hazards. Not wanting the issue to worsen, he decided to call American Waterworks and schedule his FREE estimate into the issue. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Will, made his way to the home to complete his inspection of the area. Once Will had seen the concrete slabs, he formulated his recommendation. 

Solution

Will recommended the use of our concrete lifting and leveling solution, PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam that expands when injected under a sinking concrete slab, slowly lifting it back to its desired location. Will went on to say that our process is finished off by applying our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant, to the joints and cracks of the slab, preventing any moisture or debris from getting below the slab, compromising the lift. The homeowner agreed to the recommendations and a few short weeks later our Foreman, Dylon, and his team arrived at the home to complete the installation. When the job was done, our homeowner was thrilled to know that he no longer had to worry about forming trip hazards!
