A homeowner in West Union, IA, discovered wet spots throughout the walls and floors in their basement. Worried about the long-term effects, the homeowner knew they needed professional assistance. After Ryan arrived, he began his thorough inspection of the basement. During his investigation, Ryan found that only one wall was leaking. Once finalized, our Foreman, Jose, and his crew were sent the plans and they traveled to the home to begin the project. First, Jose and his crew began by installing WaterGuard along the wall. WaterGuard is a perimeter drain system that is designed to prevent clogging. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew took out the old sump pump and replaced it with the SuperSump+. Next, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. CleanSpace is a quick and economical way to encapsulate basement walls. Finally, the crew went outside and attached an IceGuard to the outside discharge line. Once all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
