Challenge

A homeowner in Clear Lake, IA, knew it was about time to schedule their annual maintenance appointment. The homeowner called our Service department and scheduled their annual maintenance appointment. Once the appointment was set, we sent one of our Service Technicians, Kyle, to the home to begin his thorough inspection. Kyle inspected the previously installed products and ensured they were running efficiently. However, during his inspection, Kyle discovered small cracks in their walls. Kyle presented his findings to the homeowner and was able to provide them with a solution.

Solution

Kyle recommended installing six GeoLock Wall Anchors along the struggling eastern wall.
