Challenge

A homeowner in Calmar, IA, realized it was time to set their annual maintenance appointment. The homeowner called our Service team to set and schedule their annual maintenance appointment. Once the appointment was scheduled, the crew prepared for the arrival of our Service Technician, Clay. After Clay arrived, he began his thorough walkthrough of the basement. During this walk-through, the homeowner asked Clay if he could inspect their crawl space. Clay agreed and he took a look at the homeowner's concerned crawl space.

Solution

Clay found that the crawl space needed encapsulation. Following his completed inspection, Clay was able to provide a solution for the homeowner. Knowing this would solve their issue, the homeowner decided to go ahead with Clay's suggestions. Next, he passed the proposal to our office to finalize the project. Once the project was built, the proposal was sent to our Forman, Arturo, and his crew to begin. Next, Arturo and his crew traveled to the home and began the CleanSpace installation.
