Dawn joined the American Waterworks team in December of 2023. Before making the switch, Dawn worked as an Administrative Assistant in purchasing, which taught her the vital importance of well-executed customer service. She wanted a new career path because she wanted a change of pace with a company that is locally owned and family-oriented. Dawn is part of our Logistics team, meaning her daily tasks include scheduling projects, talking to customers about their installations, receiving feedback from customers after the project is completed, and pulling permits for all of the cities we service. She is the most excited about learning a new trade.
When Dawn isn't in the office, she enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, working on projects, fishing, and spending time up north. We're very lucky to have Dawn and her skillset on our team!
