Lorie Wilson
American Waterworks
Lorie joined our team in November 2024 as an Appointment Specialist. Before joining our team, Lori gained 43 years of experience in customer service and customer care. Lorie wanted to join our team because of our ONE-team culture. As one of our Appointment Specialists, Lorie will be scheduling free estimates, entering leads, answering incoming calls, and responding to customer emails. Lorie is most excited about working with customers and learning more about our company and basement repair.
When Lorie is not in the office, you can find her camping and scrapbooking. We are so lucky to have Lorie on our TEAM!
