Nick Larm

Nick joined American Waterworks as an Appointment Specialist in February 2025 and had previous experience in customer service. He was excited to join our team because of our company culture and ONE TEAM approach. As our Appointment Specialist, Nick will be responsible for scheduling free estimates, entering leads, answering incoming calls, and responding to customer emails. Nick is most excited to grow in his career.
When Nick is not in the office, you can find him playing video games, golfing, fishing, and hiking.
