As American Waterworks continues to grow and expand, reaching more and more customers in need of our services, we feel it necessary to shine a spotlight on one of the most integral pieces of our team-our North Dakota branch. Located in Fargo, this crew of talented individuals has worked tirelessly over the last two years to provide homeowners in the greater Fargo-Moorhead area with modern solutions to age-old problems.
After finding success in Minnesota, Owner Steve Breland began to dream of what was next for American Waterworks. Deciding on Fargo was easy, stemming from Steve’s knowledge of the area and dream to expand into previously unexplored territory. Steve grew up on a farm in South Dakota himself and has a deep respect for the type of work and dedication it takes to see larger projects through from start to finish. When he began dreaming of a new branch, he knew it wouldn't be simple, but that it would be well worth it in the end for the new set of homeowners we would be able to help. As with most dreams, it had to be built from scratch, beginning with only one employee, our North Dakota Branch Manager, Sam Menge, who worked relentlessly to staff a team with only a laptop, a folding table, and a dream of what could be.
Currently, our Fargo team has grown to 14 members strong and is flourishing. This group of well-rounded, knowledgeable, and dedicated individuals continues to take the Fargo-Moorhead area by storm, booking out into late fall for projects. While this branch may be smaller in comparison to others of its kind, you will not find a more equipped team in the basement waterproofing and foundation field. From customer service to the final product, they blow the competition out of the water. They have a deep understanding of how safety and security begin with your home and aim to educate rather than persuade customers to invest in our services. Even when the days get longer, and work grows tiresome, they hold the customer’s best interest in the forefront of their mind, and smile through the project. We thank this world-class team for their tremendous efforts day in and day out and hope you’ll do the same if you get the opportunity to work with them.
Our Fargo branch is growing every day, and they are in need of career-driven, efficient, and talented professionals to fill out their team. Job opportunities available include, Construction Crew Members, Construction Co-Foreman, and Construction Foreman.
