Discover the Power of PolyLevel
Whether you’re unhappy with the appearance of your driveway, tired of tripping on your uneven sidewalk or frustrated with your sinking steps, our powerful PolyLevel can help. PolyLevel might be an unfamiliar term to you, but it is the perfect solution!
So, what exactly is PolyLevel?
It’s in the name, so let’s break it down! PolyLevel is a high-density polyurethane formula that stabilizes, lifts, and levels sinking concrete slabs.
What does it do?
When PolyLevel is installed to fix any form of concrete, it’s always filled underneath the surface of the sunken area. The fascinating thing about PolyLevel is that it starts with a hot, soft, foamy texture and slowly expands to fill in the empty space below the concrete. We’re guessing you’re a bit confused about why foam is what we use to lift our concrete areas, so let’s dig a little deeper.
As it expands, it begins to slowly lift the concrete up. On the outside of the installation areas, the excess foam is pushed out from under the concrete, signaling that the previously empty void is filled. Once it’s lifted to the desired height, the PolyLevel formula quickly cools down, resulting in a solid formula that compresses the soil to provide a stable foundation and keep the concrete in place. Our Foremen are highly trained and work hard to steadily raise the slabs back to the original height. The best part? PolyLevel hardens very quickly so that you’re able to put large amounts of weight on it, such as a car, in as little as 15 minutes after the installation is completed.
What is it used for?
PolyLevel is a versatile and effective product that’s used for all kinds of concrete repair situations. Some of the most common ways we at American Waterworks use it includes:
- Uneven Driveways
- Cracked Sidewalks
- Settling Garage Floors
- Sinking Concrete Steps and Stoops
- Much more! Essentially, if it's concrete, PolyLevel can lift it!
Why PolyLevel makes a difference:
We know that concrete changes over time, especially with the outdoor elements of the Midwest putting pressure on and damaging it. Three of the most common reasons concrete becomes settled are soil drying out, soil washout, and soil being poorly compacted. These can all result in cracks and sunken concrete. Now you might be wondering what do I need to look for to know if it’s time to level up my concrete with PolyLevel? It’s simple, really. The key things that we tell homeowners to notice are cracks and uneven surfaces of concrete on their property.
Why PolyLevel installation is the way to go:
PolyLevel is the perfect solution for your concrete needs for multiple reasons. For one, it’s inexpensive, especially compared to other concrete repair options like replacing the concrete as a whole. Second, compared to another option like mudjacking, the PolyLevel installation process is mess-free and long-lasting because of its waterproof formula. Finally, it’s a timely and easy process. Oftentimes, this installation only takes a day and has minimal disruption to the original concrete.
We understand that you don’t want to put parts of your life on hold just to wait a long time with other methods for your concrete to be repaired. PolyLevel doesn't interrupt your schedule like other processes do. It’s effective and efficient!
Due to seasonality, our PolyLevel is only offered for installations in the warmer months. Hurry before it’s too late and contact our team at American Waterworks to get your FREE no-obligation estimate scheduled with us today.
