Steve L. of Melrose, Wisconsin is continually looking to preserve the history of this 160-year-old mansion built by early settler and lumber baron William H. Polleys. After noticing significant heat loss coming from the dirt crawl spaces located below the home, Steve knew it was time to contact a professional to prevent any further energy loss or future water and rodent damage.
