Photo Album: CleanSpace and WaterGuard Keep Red Wing, MN Basement Dry

Rex R. in Red Wing, MN was tired of dealing with water seeping into his basement. The problem had only gotten worse, and he knew it was time to contact a professional. He was glad to learn that American Waterworks has been the leading waterproofing contractor in the region for 30 years. He met with one of our Design Specialists, Rick Weber, who proposed a unique solution for his home.  Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his crew installed a full perimeter of our WaterGuard drainage system, lateral drainage line, and a SuperSump sump pump. The crew also installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the walls to protect from moisture and mold, and to give the basement a bright, clean look. The WaterGuard properly guides water to the sump pump and the water is then pumped through the discharge line and expelled from the home. Our waterproofing system is backed by a lifetime warranty, so Rex has peace of mind, knowing he chose a permanent solution to protect his home.
