Photo Album: WaterGuard and SaniDry Keep Basement Dry in Eleva, WI

Larry B. in Eleva, WI was referred to American Waterworks by a previous customer. He had water seeping into his basement, and he was looking for a permanent solution. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Eric Fox, to meet with Larry and evaluate the situation. After his inspection, Eric was able to recommend our WaterGuard drainage system and SaniDry dehumidification system. Larry approved of the plan and moved forward with the project.  Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production crew began the waterproofing project by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement in order to gain access to the foundation footing. Next, they placed sections of WaterGuard within the trench, resting on a bed of drainage stone. Then, they filled back the gaps with rock, replaced the concrete, and cleaned up their work area. Lastly, they installed our SaniDry dehumidifier to take care of any humidity. Water is now properly guided through the WaterGuard into the sump pump, and then expelled from the home through the discharge line. Larry was impressed with the quick installation, and since then, has been able to enjoy a dry, healthier basement!
