Photo Album: Basement Transformed in Mantorville, MN

Rodger A. in Mantorville, MN contacted American Waterworks after seeing one of our advertisements in the local newspaper. He had water seeping into his basement, and it was starting to do some damage to his property. He was concerned about the health implications, and he wanted a permanent solution before he finished his basement. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Dylan Woitas, to meet with Rodger, evaluate the situation, and propose the best solution for his home. After Dylan’s inspection, he was able to recommend a combination of our waterproofing products to ensure Rodger’s basement would remain a stable and dry space. Rodger was impressed with Dylan’s inspection and presentation, and he moved forward with the project.  Our Foreman, Austin Lucas, and his production crew began the waterproofing project with removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement and installing 136 feet of our WaterGuard drainage system and feed line through the middle of the floor. Next, they installed our recommended TripleSafe sump pump in the corner and a combination of our Foamax Insulation panels and Basement To Beautiful panels along the walls. The crew completed the job with installing our ThermalDry insulated floor decking. Lastly, they installed our SaniDry dehumidifier to take care of any humidity. Water is now properly guided through the WaterGuard to the sump pump. From there, the water is expelled from the home through the discharge line. Rodger was amazed by the transformation, and we are happy we could help restore his peace of mind!
