Photo Album: Stabilized Foundation Walls in Russell, MN

In Russell, MN, Joy J.'s foundation walls were cracking in her basement. She called American Waterworks to set up a FREE Estimate after one of her friend's referred us. Our Design Specialist, Jeremy Girgen, was able to inspect the problem and come up with a solution in a timely manner for her basement needs.  Our Foreman, Jose Castillo, and his production team started the project by digging five holes outside of the home and installing a medal rod in each hole from the exterior soil to the interior foundation wall. On the ends of each rod, our crew screwed on and tightened one of our GeoLock Wall Anchors, which are made to stabilize and straighten foundation walls back into their original position. Lastly, our team backfilled the holes and replaced the soil.
