Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing in Rose Creek, MN

Brenda M. of Rose Creek, MN had water leaking underneath the landing of her basement stairs causing her to worry about the value of her home. One of her peers recommended American Waterworks waterproofing repair products. Brenda set up a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Mike Radosevich, to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. She decided to move forward with the project.  Our Foreman, Arturo Mares, and his production team began the installation by removing the wooden landing and breaking out the concrete around the perimeter to form a trench. In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard System, which serves as an underground drain. Arturo and his team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Brenda was content with the small project and was grateful we were able to assist her basement needs!
