Photo Album: Basement Waterproofed in Melrose, MN

Greg G. of Melrose, MN had water leaking into his basement, causing him to worry about water moisture and humidity problems. He did some research and came across our website. After seeing we give FREE Estimates, he called our office line and scheduled one with our Design Specialist, Chad Johnson. Chad went to his home to inspect his water issues and come up with a solution. Chad showed him videos and brochures of how our products work and what they can do for his needs. Greg was comfortable with Chad's proposal and got all of his questions answered so he went ahead with the project.  Our Foreman, Ryan Loe, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete perimeter of the basement, forming a trench. In the trench, our production team installed our WaterGuard System, which serves as an underground drain, prevents water clogs, and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, Ryan and his team installed our SuperSump Plus M53, which is made to keep basements clean for long periods of time. The discharge line from the sump pump led to outside through our IceGuard, allowing the water to escape from the LawnSpace Outlet. Lastly, our team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete.
