Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing Repair Products Installed in Lancaster, MN

Homeowners in Lancaster, MN had water leaking throughout their basement, making them feel nervous about the safety of their home, especially when it comes to water moisture and mold build-up. They got in contact with our office staff and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Richie Noreen. Richie went to their home, thoroughly examined the problems, and came up with a solution that was best for them and their budget. They got all of their questions answered and were confident with the products and their warranties, so they went ahead with the project.  Our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a drainage trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which serves as an underground drain, collects water seepage from basement walls, and prevents water and mud clogs. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter, which is made to prevent mold and humidity build-up, acts as an extra wall protectant, and covers any divots or holes found in the walls.
