Photo Album: Wet Basement Fixed in Center, ND

Having a wet or damp basement can create more than just a headache. Problems like this can create bigger issues such as mold, rot, mildew, or damage to property. The resident got in touch with American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE estimate. Our Design Specialist went to the homeowner's home, thoroughly inspected the problems, and provided them with a bid for our waterproofing system. The resident was confident in the proposal, so they went ahead with the project.  Our Foreman and his crew installed our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain and CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier. Our WaterGuard is an interior drainage system that collects water leaking from basement walls and prevents clogs of mud. Our CleanSpace prevents humidity and mold while saving money on energy bills and brightening the basement.  The resident was happy with the work that was completed and was beautified by the transformation!
