Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing in Dundas, MN

Larry T. of Dundas, MN had a 2-year-old home and water was coming into his basement. He got in contact with American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist. Our Design Specialist went to Larry's home, thoroughly inspected the basement and water leaks, and determined a plan that would suit Larry's needs and budget. Larry was confident in our proposal and felt that our system would fix his problems, so he signed the contract.  Our crew leader and his installers started the installation by breaking out the basement floor perimeter, forming a waterway trench. In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain, which is designed to collect water leaks from basement walls, prevent water clogs, and work efficiently with sump pumps. To complete the project, our crew filled the open gaps with river rock and applied a new, fresh layer of concrete over them.  Larry was happy with the job and was grateful we were able to help him!
