A male homeowner in Avon, MN had water leaking into his basement, and he was nervous that it would cause damage to his home. He got in touch with American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE estimate. Our Design Specialist inspected his water leaks and proposed a solution that would solve the problem. The homeowner was comfortable with our presentation and proposal, so they went ahead with the project.  Our Foreman and his crew began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. Inside the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain, which is an interior drainage system designed to prevent mud clogs and guide water to the sump pump. To complete the project, our crew filled the open gaps with river rock, allowing for proper water flow, and applied a new layer of concrete over it.
