Excellent customer service from Travis on a late Friday afternoon!
Damian went above and beyond and saved us from a very stressful weekend. I called at 3:30pm on a Friday afternoon because our sump pump was not working as it should. Travis was able to find a technician to come to our house. Damian was in Cannon Falls on his way home for the weekend and turned around and came back to the cities. He made it to our house quickly and installed a new sump pump very quickly and professionally! American Waterworks has the best customer service possible! Thank you Travis and Damian!
