I am extremely satisfied with this company. Professional, customer focused.
The person I initially spoke with called and explained the company was based in Rochester. I am sure I sounded disappointed since we are on the other side of the state. She was very upbeat and very pleasant when she explained that the company does work in Marshall and a rep would be there on a certain date. I was impressed again with the customer service.
Dylan was great. I appreciated the time spent with me to explain the issue and options. Dylan stopped by during the installation to see how things were going and to bring the crew lunch. Awesome! Customer service such as this is not really seen much these days.
The crew was the best. You could tell that had worked together for some time. They were very professional and patient with me. Great crew! Thank you gentlemen.

The wall anchor system seemed to me to be the best option for my homes issues. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain the issue to me. I would choose this company for any other issues I may have in the future. The crew that did the installation was fantastic! They were focused on the work at hand and were great at explaining the process to me. They cleaned up afterwards in a fast and efficient way. This was a great experience within a very scary and frustrating situation. Thank you to all involved.
