Edgar Miranda did an amazing job in diagnosing what was wrong with our dehumidifier (it was 12 years old), and then servicing us with a new one from American Waterworks. He remained at our home until 7:00pm as he had promised to be there on a given day and was running late due to his superb customer service ethic. We will request Mr. Miranda for all future service calls and hope the company rewards him for his superior professionalism.
