Our Overall Service
We have been very pleased with the work American Waterworks did for us.
Call Representative
We did not always get thru to the person we needed, but did receive a prompt call back.
Sales Process
Brian Ramirez was very clear in his presentation and his follow up bids to do the work. When the crews came back to do the work, there were no surprises, nothing that Brian had not already explained would happen...with the possible exception that the house was pretty impossible to be in, on the first day and part of the second day, due to the concrete break-up. We should have left for the day. :)
Our Installation Crew
Gabriel R, Eduardo V and Marco R were our window and waterproofing crew. Gino and Sylvester completed the radon install and replacement windows. Easy to talk to, understood our desire to stay in tune with the work and explained the process to us well.
The Cleanup Process
The crews worked hard to leave our home as clean as they found it, of which I really appreciated. A couple of my outdoor perennials took a beating, which was explained could happen, but they are coming back nicely now.

Brian R (our sales rep) said that American Waterworks would not be the cheapest waterproofing company out there, but they were the best. I believe it! I consider the money we spent as an investment in our home, making our basement a dry and bright living space. Love those egress windows!!our service area
