Sales Process
After we settle down prices and work to be done and presentation. He didn't give us a date for when they would do the work. We had to ask him as he was leaving. By the way.... What is the date for coming back to do the work? That should have been set up before we even filled out the check.
Our Installation Crew
They were fast and were done quickly. When I raise the question of whether or not it should have gone up a little bit more to match the paint line on the house, he appeared to be flustered and kept repeating himself when I was trying to discuss the situation. I wasn't on his case I was just trying to get my questions answered. I finally asked him to stop talking so I could ask my questions. Again, they did a very nice job. We like it..
The Cleanup Process
Again, they cleaned up what they did. However, the sealng and caulking was not done due to outside air temperature. Another crew is supposed to come back in the spring. Which is why if I had known the date was going to be pushed later as it was I may have just waited until the spring for the appointment and job to be completed.
