Patrick Hughes did a great job of explaining what services you perform, the reasons why our home has water seepage issues, and a solution to offer.
Our Installation Crew
Marcus Goody and his team including Brady and Rohsaan, were a pleasure to work with. Marcus wanted to make sure his crew did everything correctly and to my satisfaction. As one who works as a subcontractor in construction, I would highly recommend Marcus as the foreman you would want to work with.
The Cleanup Process
Excellent. Was impressed how organized and well it went. They did not leave a single thing for me to cleanup.

Highly recommended by my neighbor who had a similar issue that Innovative Basements took care of for him last year. My only reason for a 9 in lieu of a 10 was because our sales rep never returned either my email or phone message of questions for him. This was almost a full week before we had our work done today.our service area
