Call Representative
Blair was great in answering any and all questions we had and also made scheduling the project fit around our schedule. Her promptness was very much appreciated.
Sales Process
Mac went over every option available to fix our foundation issues and waterproof our basement. Once we developed a game plan, he explained every part of the process. Not only what he recommended to be done, but also why. Which made our decision easy.
Our Installation Crew
Juan and his crew were the best. Every aspect of the project was done professionally, and they got the job done in no time. Juan was great at informing us of each step in the process and made sure we were comfortable with everything his crew would be doing. If we decide to do more work on our house in the future, I would request this crew 10 out of 10 times.
The Cleanup Process
Juan and his crew took great measures to ensure our basement was well taken care of and clean at the end of each day. They also installed several anchor plates in our yard and by the time they were done, you couldn't tell a single hole had been dug. I am extremely impressed and satisfied with their dedication and care to do the job the right way.
