Communication lacking on the warranty repair work from the 2007 project. Quality of warranty work is suspect as it looks hurried. Unclear why old yard drain left in place. Communication was not given on the warranty work other than it needed to be done. I realize everyone has a job to do. I trusted your crew and left the house for a few hours. No issues with trust. I attempt a few times to communicate but language was a barrier and I’m rusty on my Spanish. I said hello and tried to be welcoming. I even introduced my 19 month old dog to show how friendly and loving she is. She isn’t a guard dog. I did my best to be welcoming and friendly. I know it can be awkward but I tried to be a good host and welcome everyone. It’s clear some are not comfortable communicating.
The Cleanup Process
Some bits and babbles left behind. Including a bucket. Could have done a better job sweeping up the grit and cleaning the stairs and wiping the floor. Comprehensive guidance or best practices on framing near the water guard would be nice given some contractors have not seen water guard.
