I am so, so, so, so pleased with the outcome. I asked for AW to come and give me a quote on a specific area of my basement and they were able to visit my home the following day (talk about fast service!) They were able to provide a quote while on site (same day) and the quote price was very fair. No offense AW staff and personnel, but AW is well known for being one of the more expensive basement repair options: but I did not feel this was the case for my repair job. Once I agreed to the project, they were able to schedule my project within the month (again, rapid service). Once the project date arrived, they were able to assess the situation and amend the project as needed. Anyone that has been in construction knows that the plan is nothing but a guideline and there will always be unexpected obstacles. Just as anticipated, there were a few things that had to be modified during the project, which would have resulted in the cost of the project increasing. But AW stuck with their original price and continued the project as they promised. The team also provided me with information of additional work AW could be do to further improve the basement: these projects would be much easier to do while the team was already on site and while some of the house had already been excavated. I declined the additional projects, but I pleased they presented me with the option. The project was projected as a two-day endeavor and, again, AW held to their promise. Because of the obstacles, the team had to include additional steps, however, they stayed to finish the project until 8:30 pm just so they could stay in that 2-day timeframe. Reliability at its best. Overall, I am VERY pleased with AW. I will be using them again in the future and will be recommending them to others. They are worth every penny and I know I will be in good hands if/when I ever use them again.

This is probably the only challenge of the project, but to no fault of AW. The project was completed within the 2-day timeframe, however, they were unable to pac the soil around the home and also left a large pile of left over dirt to be picked up at a later date. The crew simply ran out of time, and the left over soil is completely understandable. But if I had to put a number on the quality of service on this aspect of the project, I would have to stick with a 3.
