Our Overall Service
We questioned several times if it was gonna be a 1 day job and we repeatedly told that it would be but it wasn't and when my husband questioned the foreman, he said it was scheduled for 2 days.
Call Representative
Was good with rescheduling but also told me it would probably be a 1 day job
Sales Process
Good presentation but asked right away about being a 1 day job. Sent texts that he did not respond to, again when I questioned being done in 1 day.
Our Installation Crew
They did a good job, not their fault it took 2 days. Did a good job cleaning up
The Cleanup Process
They cleaned up as well as to be expected. People should be told to cover as much stuff as possible to eliminate time they need to clea things
