Our Overall Service
Good overall. Clean up could have been slightly better. Stair repair was not good. They tried but it will need to be replaced. I’d recommend if they are uncomfortable doing finish work like that on the stair to just leave it for the homeowner to fix. I had to contact the sales rep the night before the install after not hearing anything for a month. It would be nice to be contacted in advance so you know everything is in order for your appointment. Minor issues but overall did a good job.

Sales Process
Good. He didn’t try to push services I didn’t need. I was very clear what I wanted and he respected that. That is nice when sales people do that as it makes the decision making process a lot easier.
Our Installation Crew
Did good overall besides the stairs. Foreman explained everything when asked.
The Cleanup Process
It is tough to say as I know there is no clean way to jack hammer in a basement. It was not nearly as bad as I thought but maybe can do a little better job cleaning walls and floors.
