Sales Process
Michel was awesome. Very knowledgeable and provided clear and concise information. Had answers to all my questions.
Our Installation Crew
Honestly I barely talked to those two guys, didn't even get their names lol. Which is fine with me. Once they got rolling I didn't want to bother them so I stayed out in the garage and worked on a project. But I was definitely shocked when they were all done with everything and ready to go by 2:00! Couldn't believe the transformation in that short of a timeframe.
The Cleanup Process
Perfect. They left the place exactly how it looked prior to their arrival. Couldn't ask for more than that.

What made you choose our company:
We got three different estimates for similar work. The first company quoted us almost the exact same price for 6 mil vapor barrier material with no drain mat or drain. The second company quoted 3x the price for a full encapsulation, and then American Waterworks came along. I felt like we got the most for our money, best value of the three. Very happy we did though, your guy Michel was right when he said you were worth the wait. Thank you so much!our service area
