Our Overall Service
Very easy to work with, and was able to work with the HOA manager for scheduling, and payment.
Sales Process
Kyle was very profreshional. He took the time to measure out all 11 mail box concrete pads and map all the cracks in them. The concract was very well done with an discription and graphic as what was to be done. As a member of an HOA board this is what we need. Our documention needs to be exact. Kyle even call the day of the lifting to check in. He also worked with his managers, and installation crews to verify our mailboxes could even be lifted. There was uncertianty if they slabs had foundations. Kyle help get that figured out.
Our Installation Crew
Crew was great. they called when they where on their way. They kept me posted as to progress and any problems they had. They also handled rescheduling the crack filling due to all the rain we had. When they came back, same service. A call on the way, and a call to keep me up to speed on progress.
The Cleanup Process
Area was left tidy and barly noticeable any lifting had occured other then the mailboxes now being level. The installer of the crack sealer even put up a little bit of cation tape so people wouldn't step on the filler while it was curing. He was also smart enough to only put it at 4 inches so people could still reach over and get their mail.
